KSAT will air three primetime Scorpions home games including the 2013 home opener at new Toyota Field on April 13th, while the other 10 home games will air on KSAT 12.2 (MeTV). KSAT and MeTV will air additional home games in 2013 that will be announced at a later date.

KSAT12 can be seen in San Antonio on local channel 12, or on Time Warner Cable, Grande Communications, GVTC, Dish Network and DirecTV. MeTV is viewable on 12.2 or on Time Warner Cable, Grande Communications and GVTC.

The television deal comes in anticipation of the opening of America’s newest soccer specific stadium, Toyota Field to the expected capacity crowd. The Scorpions play their first NASL home game of 2013 in the 8,000 capacity state of the art venue on April 13th vs. the Tampa Bay Rowdies.
